🚀 Registration Support
Avoid shutdowns, fines, and legal risks. Expert guidance through zoning, health certificates, CIPC, SARS tax clearance, building plans & municipal registration — I walk with you step by step.
🏛️ City of Ekurhuleni – Spaza Shops & Food Handling Registration Drive
Registration currently open until Friday, 13 December 2024 (historical reference). However, compliance standards remain strictly enforced. All spaza shops MUST meet the below requirements to operate legally.
Important: Although the 2024 registration window is closed for new applications, Ekurhuleni by-laws & the Business Act require continuous compliance. I provide up‑to‑date assistance for any enforcement period, re‑registration drives, and full licensing. Your business safety starts now.
Walk-in assistance: Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30 at your nearest Customer Care Centre. Failure to register or meet health standards leads to immediate closure. Ensure 100% compliance with my help.
Mandatory Requirements
Every spaza shop must submit these to the City of Ekurhuleni:
- Completed business license application form
- Zoning certificate / written consent
- Certificate of Acceptability (health)
- Approved building plan + occupancy cert
- Title deed / landlord letter (certified copy)
- ID (SA residents) or work permit / Home Affairs letter
- CIPC registration certificate
- Latest municipal account statement
- SARS tax clearance certificate
Any missing document = application rejected. I solve this.
